Philip Sean Grillo for 26th Assembly District NYS - A True America First Candidate
Philip is a Marine who swore an oath to defend this nation from threats both foreign and domestic. An oath he never put down. He brings that same discipline, loyalty, and fearlessness into public service. As a father of three, he knows exactly what’s at stake for New York’s families, and he refuses to let political games, frumpy weak leadership, or Albany insiders decide the future of our children.
He is a die‑hard America First fighter who doesn’t sugarcoat the truth and doesn’t back down when taxpayers are being squeezed, ignored, or disrespected. Philip has watched hardworking New Yorkers carry the weight of bad policies, rising costs, unsafe streets, and a government that seems more interested in protecting migrants than protecting its people. He’s had enough and he knows you have too.
Beneath the toughness is a father who wants every child in this state to grow up safe, educated, and proud of where they come from. His drive comes from love for his family, loyalty to his community, and a deep belief that New York can rise again when leaders finally put the people of this state first.
Philip is running for Assembly because New Yorkers deserve someone who will stand up, speak out, and fight like hell for them with heart, with honesty, and with absolutely no holds barred.

STOP: Lawfare and the Weaponization of Government
Across New York, people feel something has gone wrong in our justice system. They see neighbors treated differently depending on politics, not facts. They see serious crimes ignored while resources are spent on cases that look more like political battles than public safety. When justice feels uneven, families lose trust, and New Yorkers deserve better than a system that plays favorites.
New Yorkers want fairness, accountability, and a justice system that protects people, not political agendas. That means stopping the political use of investigations and prosecutions, holding officials accountable for selective enforcement, and making sure the law applies the same to everyone no exceptions.

I was fully and unconditionally pardoned because the truth mattered, and justice finally prevailed. What I went through was political overreach plain and simple and no American should ever have to face a system that targets people for their beliefs instead of their actions. I was fully and unconditionally pardoned because the truth mattered, and justice finally prevailed. What I went through was political overreach plain and simple and no American should ever have to face a system that targets people for their beliefs instead of their actions. I’ve taken responsibility for my life, my choices, and my service to this country, and I refuse to let anyone weaponize the justice system to silence me or anyone else. That experience only strengthened my resolve to fight for fairness, accountability, and the rights of every New Yorker who has been overlooked, mistreated, or steamrolled by a system that too often serves politics instead of people.

I’m asking you to look past the noise, the labels, and the headlines, and look at the facts. Look at the issues that are hurting our families, our neighborhoods, and our state. I’m asking you to look past the noise, the labels, and the headlines, and look at the facts. Look at the issues that are hurting our families, our neighborhoods, and our state. Look at what’s actually happening in your daily life the cost of living, the safety of your community, the quality of your schools, the accountability of your government.
I’m not running to fall in line or to please insiders. I’m running because I refused to stay silent when the truth mattered, even when it came at a personal cost. I stood up when it would have been easier to sit down. I spoke out when it would have been safer to stay quiet. And I paid a price for it but I would do it again, because integrity has to mean something.
I’m asking for your support not because I’m perfect, but because I’m honest. Because I’ve lived the consequences of standing on principle. Because I know what it means to take a hit and keep moving forward. And because I will fight for you with that same resolve every single day.
New York needs leaders who answer to the people, not to political pressure. Leaders who make decisions based on truth, fairness, and the real issues facing our communities. If you believe in that kind of leadership, then I’m asking you to stand with me, and let’s take our state back together.
